I have just added the 1983 Peter Beales reference for ‘La Reine Victoria’ Bourbon. He describes it as a “slender erect bush” and it seems to me that he may have been selling the HP ‘La Reine’ as the Bourbon ‘Reine Victoria’.	REPLY

A quick check of the Beales site indicates that the currently offered rose (La) Reine Victoria is indeed just that. The photos show the unmistakable shell shape.	REPLY
