Introduced in Australia by George Knight and Sons in 1937 as 'Mother's Day'.

Class:
Hybrid Tea.  
Bloom:
White, pink shading.  Eau de nil white with faint pink tips.  Large, classic hybrid tea, exhibition bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Few or no prickles/thorns, well-branched.  

Height: 4½' (135cm).  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  Vigorous.

Patent status unknown (to HelpMeFind).

Notes:
'Mothers Day' was an enormous rose and there is a hint in the 1940 reference that the parentage may have included 'Mrs. Charles Lamplough'. it is unavailable or extinct in Australia.
