This rose is quite pretty, and definitely peculiar. It has the typical characteristics of both floribundas and hybrid wichuraianas. Its flowers are medium sized, in large clusters and of a bold pink colour, uniform and quite durable. Petals are small, thick and numerous; flowers last long and they hang on the plant until they're dry (but, even when dry, they maintain a pink colour). Alas, they're completely scentless. The wichuraiana background is evident in its foliage (glossy mid green, whit small leaflets) and growth pattern (many vigorous basals, that spread horizontally; canes are quite stiff and not easily trained).

Quite healthy, it generally holds on most of its foliage to the end of the season. It blooms repeatedly and quite abundantly, even though it sometimes fails to open flowers if not fed and watered properly

It can be trained as a climber, and looks pretty stunning if grown as this, but I think the best way to appreciate it is taking advantage of its lax growth as a ground cover, or placing it in a huge pot on a balcony, to be looked at from below.
