Mrs. O. R. Fitzhardinge, of Warrawee, N.S.W. Amateur Hybridisation. ‘ Beatrice Berkeley’ has as parents ‘Cupid’ and ‘Padre’, and is one of the earliest spring blooms after the Gigantea seedlings. It has Cupid’s fault of flowering only in spring, but is charming, with a real likeness to Padre in shape and colour.
