Mine came as a band in Spring 2013 from Vintage Gardens with a few blooms and buds right out of the box -- and there was definitely a strong scent to them, not mild at all. That little band has grown by leaps and bounds, with some canes so long that I pegged them down, and laterals shot up all along their length. I'll post pics when the blooming begins.
