I cannot get to their website! I keep being directed to a multi-site listing, none of which is Angel Gardens. I think the lead is Garden Angels. this happens when I type in www.angelgardens.com as well as when I click on the "visit their website" box. What in the world am I doing wrong?

Hi, I am Pam from Angel Gardens. I am looking into the problem. I am about to launch a new website in a week or so and I am wondering if the webmasters are working on the site. Meanwhile, you can email me at : gardenangel22@gmail.com with questions about my roses. You may order by email too. I will let you know what I find out is wrong with the site. This is a domain name registration issue. You should contact your computer people immediately.

We got it fixed! My credit card had expired for the domain name registration (as you suggested). My bank was bought out and we got new credit cards. The problem has been fixed and we are back on line! Pam

Hi,
I am still not understanding how to transfer my edited words under my Nursery description to the page that shows up to the public. I added new words about visits, etc. but they are not showing up. Please advise.
I was also sent emails about site requests but when I go there , there i nothing. Not sure what to do here. Pam

The support department will be happy to help. Please contact them directly (click green navigation menu option SITE FEATURES and then the Contact Us tab).
Please be specific on what you are trying to achieve. As you have a member page, display garden page and a nursery page it can be confusing as to what shows up where. We'll sort it out for you.

I have just upgraded my Nursery to a silver sponsor. Will it take 24 hours for the star to appear? I edited some info in my comments but I cannot figure out how to make those comments appear under my name when it comes up under the" Buy From" Page. Please advise, Thanks, Pam from Angel gardens

We've manually upgraded you listings while we research further. We've also linked your display garden to your nursery and also upgraded it to sponsor status as is standard with nursery sponsorship.
