Bred by William Jack Adamson (1865-c1923) (Australia, 1913).
Introduced in Australia by Brundrett's The Rose People in 1913 as 'Miss Marion Manifold'.

Scarlet, crimson shading.  Moderate fragrance.  25 petals.  Average diameter 5".  Large, full (26-40 petals), borne mostly solitary, in small clusters, globular bloom form.  Occasional repeat later in the season.

Climbing, few or no prickles/thorns.  

Height: 10' to 14' (305 to 425cm).  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  Hardy.  very vigorous.
